Account Manager Sales

Job Description

This is a commissioned sales position.

Responsibilities

  • Close the Sale!
  • Drive sales in current accounts & qualified opportunities.
  • Manage efforts through the sales cycle to closing the sale & installing our products.
  • Clearly communicate customers' functional needs, from their technical support staff to ours.
  • Use Customer Relations Management system to plan & log contacts; keep records updated.
  • Integrate sales efforts with promotions, advertising, & other Marketing actions.
  • Report sales progress & results; identify new & upgrade sales opportunities, & items needing management attention.
  • Clearly communicate to prospects the value of our products; communicate customers' requirements to our company staff.

Senior Software Engineer - Video/Audio

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to make a large contribution to the success of our products and our company. We are hoping to find a "Video Guru" who knows video and audio stream and file formats from top to bottom, and has written fast and efficient code in the past based on that knowledge. The ideal candidate will have written both low-level and high-level code for audio/video processing and delivery, and will also have worked to optimize video streams for a variety of desktop and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software for video and audio media manipulation, compression, transport, and delivery.
  • Analyze, design, code, debug, unit test, and provide internal documentation for new and existing video processing functionality.
  • Research new technologies and opportunities in the areas of video/audio manipulation and delivery.

Job Description

The main job of the QA Engineer is to champion a product and be a loud and clear voice on all of the quality concerns which accompany it. Secondary but no less important is to lead your team of testers through the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans and validation procedures
  • Create automated test suites for functional and regression testing
  • Debug software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain software quality standards
  • Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and enhancement of software
